MOTHER TREE OF LIFE THEME SONG

7 Days, One Light

The Mother Tree of Life theme song expresses the project’s seven-day rhythm through music.

Each day of the week has its own focus, including meaning, release, water awareness, gratitude, freedom, possibility, and serenity. These daily themes also guide the Inspiration–Empowerment Wheel and the Living in Rhythm Calendar.

The song’s repeating words and melody were intentionally designed to be easy to remember. It offers another way to experience the ideas at the heart of Mother Tree of Life throughout the week.

The themes and lyrics grew from the Daily Rituals for Healing Humanity Harmoniously project. Creative tools assisted in developing the song’s lyrics, melody, and musical structure.

At its center is one simple message: although our lives and experiences are different, we share one world and remain connected through the choices we make each day.

The Root Version is the foundational expression of Seven Days, One Light.
It is calm, spacious, and timeless — created to feel emotionally safe and quietly grounding. This version leads with presence rather than momentum, allowing meaning to arise without instruction or urgency. It reflects the same steady tone as the wheel and calendar, offering continuity, care, and shared humanity.

It carries the same words and heart, offered with a lighter rhythm and a touch more buoyancy. The difference lives in pacing, spacing, and visual rhythm — allowing the language to feel more playful and open. Light Play is optional by design and never replaces the Root Version.
