About the Calendar

The Living in Rhythm Calendar is a printed 12-month wall calendar created to bring brief moments of reflection and connection into everyday life.

Each day contains two short lines. One encourages inner awareness, while the other widens attention toward other people, community, water, or the living Earth.

You do not need to begin in January or read every entry. Start with the current day, choose whatever speaks to you, and return whenever it feels helpful. One line can be enough.

Each month has its own seasonal theme. The seven weekdays follow a repeating rhythm of meaning, release, water awareness, gratitude, freedom, possibility, and serenity.

I created the Calendar because everyday life can become so full that we lose contact with what matters to us. These brief reflections offer a simple way to pause without adding another task or obligation to the day.

Small moments of awareness can influence how we care for ourselves, relate to other people, and respond to the world around us.

The Living in Rhythm Calendar can be used in the morning, in the evening, or whenever you would welcome a brief moment of grounding.
